Hello Steve,

this indicator is used in Linda's Momentum Pinball method she
describes in StreetSmarts.  it is a ROC of length 1 on an RSI of
length 3.  applied to daily bars.  loooking for crosses below 70 and
above 30.  to detect short term momentum change.
