Hi Tom,
 
I have been receiving the Futures magazine without 
any cost to me for about 2 years now. I suspect it is an arrangement with a 
broker I may have had in the past.

  I am curious also, When did Futures magazine 
  become free.
  Recent communication with the editor indicates 
  that the magazine has never been, currently is not and is not likely to ever 
  be offered for free.
  If anyone knows how to apply and receive the 
  magazine for free please share that information with the list.
