Hello John,
Yes, I'm sure they are having to at this point. I for one recently I
left after REFCO bought out PMB. The service at PMB was maginal at
best, but when REFCO took over it got way worst. It took nearly two
weeks for them to get my funds wired out to me. My funds where in an
account in Chicago...but my request had to be handled by REFCO's NY
office, when it could have been handled in the Chicago office.
REFCO has just been buying up the competition with little regard for
the individual trader.
Personally I will have nothing to do with them.
