Yes.
Looking at the full message headers shows that M.Simms is using
MS Outlook, and you are MS Outlook Express. Amazing. Inconsistent
MS bugs prevent MS users from communicating as intended. Netscape
version 4.77 also shows the messed up gif attachments.
