Jim,
That is an excellent addition,, bands of the difference .. I use
this tool both on screen time data and as run on hidden data at a 1/3 or
1/5 ratio for a trend filter .. I really like the bands , are they an
envelope of the 16 period or is there something fancy going on there ?

Hello BobR,that's correct.  and every time I
compare it to some other, often morecomplicated oscillator, it is my
preference.  the only change I madewas to add bands above and below
the 16 bar line. and I sometimes use10 instead of 16.  the bands are
  pretty good for overbought/oversoldconditions.-- Best
  regards,Jim
