Hello BobR,

a good deal of it is based on the 2 day rate of change, which is
her way of approximating george Taylor's idea of markets going thru a
3 day cycle--Buy Day, Sell Day, Sell Short day.  attached is a cheat
sheet I put together for a chat room recently.  I'm sure she does look
at other things in order to "filter" this model but it is her core.
