Hello BobR,

that's correct.  and every time I compare it to some other, often more
complicated oscillator, it is my preference.  the only change I made
was to add bands above and below the 16 bar line. and I sometimes use
10 instead of 16.  the bands are pretty good for overbought/oversold
conditions.
