If I recall correctly, you can retake the test after one month(?), as 
long as you're willing to pay for the testing again. Unsure about the 
wait time between additional tests, but you shouldn't really have 
much of a problem. If I passed my Series 3, you can pass whatever 
you're going for. The NASD can refer you to a location nearest you 
for testing.
