There's some confusion between two similarly acronymed companies.  I 
don't believe "C.I.S.," which is an intraday tick data provider, has 
been around for 20 years.  On the other hand, "C.S.I.," an end of day 
data provider, probably has been.

If the original poster is referring to C.I.S. (intraday), I've found 
their data to be pretty good (probably about as good as that supplied 
by the company Tick Data), but updates tend to be a bit slow and 
erratic.  I've not used C.S.I. (eod), but all the posts I've seen 
seem to be favorable.
