Lee,
I can confirm the "old" 6 Dow points to 1 SP handle 
some time ago, at least that is what I used.  With the NASDAQ falling so 
much more percentage-wise than the other indices, surely what ever it was, 
it no longer is (when it comes to NASAQ vs SP)?

    have an idea of how to get a rough feel for converting 100 Dow pts into X 
    S&P points and 100 naz points into Y S&P points. I know this is not 
    an exact science as both the Dow and naz impact the S&P. At one time I 
    have used 6 Dow points = 1 S&P point but that was several years ago and 
    I'm not sure if that was even accurate at that time or is any number I use
