I know
this is off topic but thanks some private emails with Ray I think
I now understand. Until Ray straightened me out I thought as you
once deleted it was gone and I periodically permanently delete the main
windows recycle bin, but this does not permanently delete deleted emails
from Outlook you must manually click on the delete folder in outlook and
permanently delete the files. You also have to do the same thing for the
sent items and drafts folder.

thks
for indulging this off topic subject this is the last you will hear from me
on this subject. any further questions can be directed to me or better Ray
directly.

Is this not the same thing as just reading them or deleting them in the
inbox ,,Not for nothing here but most of what comes through these lists ends
up in the dump file as it is .
And my apologies for the .10 of a sec it takes to read and delete
  this one ,,

    Ray  and All,

    FYI:
If you uncheck the option "Empty messages from
the deleted items folder on exit" your deleted items will stay in the
deleted items folder until you physically delete them.

God Bless and best wishes in all your future

      Hi All,

With outlook Express (and probably Outlook)
you can create message rules click "Message" then "Create rule".
Here you can move a message from someone to a folder.  Simply tell OE
to move the message to the "Deleted Items" folder.  This will not
actually delete the item until you shut OE down.  You can then review
your deleted items before closing OE for anything of
interest.

      Good luck and good trading,

      Ray Raffurty

P.S.  It works really well with Ric's
      annoying tomes.

        Lee,

        Excellent warning.
This feature of Outlook or Outlook Express
is very powerful and if not utilized correctly can and will screen out
emails that were not intended to be eliminated.
It's good to see that someone else
appreciates Norman's posts.  I too am a Norman fan.  Norman,
please keep posting I have learned a few things as I am sure others have
        as well.

Wishing you all the very best,
        Tom

If using IE, open message you want blocked from
            now on, go Message/Blocked Senders...
It gets a real workout on my machine.

                Okay.  Here are a few
                suggestions.
                The group is called "realtraders"
                is it not?
Then lets talk about things related
to trading that help one another, like:
                1. Identification and proper
                utilization of various Technical Analysis
techniques
                2. Proper identification of various
support and resistance levels and how to use them in trading the
                markets
                3. Proper interpretation and
utilization of the plethora of indicators
                4. Proper interpretation of
time/price relationships and activity with the
                markets
                5. Market geometry and how to apply
                it to successsful trading
                6. Discussions of trading tools,
how we use them and what value they bring to
trading
                Get the idea.
