Ira,
Not for sport, No. <FONT face=Arial
size=2>Killing for the sake of killing is wrong.
I fish and hunt for food. There is
nothing wrong with killing an animal for the food. Read your
Bible.
I fish because few things taste better than a fresh
properly prepared trout, bass, perch, etc.
I hunt because my wife and I enjoy the taste
of properly prepared venison, bear, elk, etc.
Tom

So when you are not trading you go out and kill things. :-)

strong suit. For a lot of other
reasons position trading makes more sense for me because I do not want to be
tied to a computer or quote machine all day. I make my trading
decisions at night when the pressure is off, email my orders to my broker
for the next morning and then go fishing. Position trading provides me
with the best of both worlds. I love trading and make my living at
it. My work day starts at about 5 pm and runs until about 10 pm at
which point I email my broker and call it quits for the day. The next
day up until 5 pm I can do whatever seems appropriate with my time. If
it's hunting season I go hunting, if it's fishing season I go fishing, etc,
etc etc.My way is not for
everyone but that is why God made us all different. <FONT

Subject: [RT] Futures-EOD or
RT I assume that this list is populated mainly with equity
(stock) traders, but for those of you that trade futures, do
you trade mainly off of EOD signals or RT?
Seems that most futures traders work mainly EOD but as more
intraday trading techniques are developed, it looks like it
has some advantages.
I chart and run my systems on EOD data, but seeing RT data to
better target an entry or exit certainly would help. I'm sure
that this is old for the equity guys but do any futures
traders do this? Got an entry or exit placement method to
share?
