[RT] request info on how to pull data into a excel spreadsheeet

I would appreciate information on how to pull data into a 
excel spreadsheet for automatic updating real-time.
 
I am working on spreadsheet to auto calculate fib extensions, 
retracements from multiple pivots and identify various chart patterns and 
subsequent protected targets.
 
Does anyone use something like this presently?
