Having been a very successful technical
practitioner in the computer industry for over 30 years I have some level of
knowledge about which I speak.  I have installed, configured and
supported more different email engines and email clients than most people
know exist.  What does spreading viruses have to do with filtering
email, kind of took a left turn there didn't you?

Your right, I stand corrected, this thread has
nothing to do with trading as I pointed out in a previous message.  You
can say it was me, it won't bother me and everyone else on realtraders
already knows it anyway.  It helps other traders who wish to
participate in some of these forums to be able to filter email and obtain
the maximum functionality from there chosen email platform.  I will
help where I can but I will not beat an issue to death, say it once and move
    on.

The most respected people on this planet are
the ones who openly and willingly help others without any expectation of
anything in return.  I will continue to attempt to help others and
share knowledge at every opportunity I can find because that is the right
thing to do.  If you or anyone else has a problem with that philosophy
I will pray for you and hope that God will forgive you.

I do not hide behind a nickname of some sort
    either,

    Tom

      Hello Tom,TB> Excellent  warning.
This feature of Outlook or Outlook Express isTB> very powerful and
if not utilized correctlyI  now  know  the why many
fear using a computer to trade with. It's alearning  curve
I  agree  and  certainly  harder than using an
e-mailclient.  If  you  are using Outlook or Outlook
Express I would suggestyou  do  some  research
to  discover  that  these are very good aboutspreading
viruses.PS  Suggestion,  if  you want to talk about
and learn how to use emailsoftware   there
are  many  good  news  groups  for
      beginners.  trymicrosoft.public.outlook.general  for
example. Of course you will haveto  know  how to use a
newsgroup client and that's just another can ofworms  for
inexperienced  computer  users. And like someone
mentionedwhat does this have to with trading, isn't this a trading
list? ;-)To  filter  mail is the modern day equivalent
of sticking your head inthe  sand.-- Best
      regards,TheQuant
