Am inclined to agree with the Quant on most of these issues. On occassion,
man can have a show of brilliance, but in the end its fatigue that he has to
guard against even if he is a great trader. Years ago I was trying to beat
a computer at chess. There was an option where the operator could reverse a
move. The game started after dinner and ran into the night. Each time I
made a move that cost me I reversed it and played again. I was going to
beat the machine. Some hours later the board was down to a handful of
pieces. I blinked from fatigue and the damn machine check mated me.
