You raise a good point Ira, but at the risk of making yet another assumption
in this thread, my point was based upon there being no fraudulent or
misleading practices on the part of the teacher/vendor, and that he/she was
in fact teaching the same methods they use.

Under that scenario my earlier statement stands - just because somebody else
can do something does not mean that you can or will be able to as well.  Nor
does someone's inability to learn and execute a successful methodology make
that methodology invalid or the teacher/vendor a fraud.  Some can learn and
execute but most can't - regardless of what methods they use.  Nature of the
business.
