[RT] Gen - pitchforks and breadth

Here is an end of day view inspired by a young lady from Germany of
pitchforks and some breadth data.  The middle plot is a ratio is of up
issues and down issues.  The lower plot is of cumulative net volume.  Note
that the CV bounced off the 200 day average back in january and last week
the issue ratio bounced off its zero line as the OEX bounced off a median
line.
