Bollenger has a new video that discusses most
everything about volume except cumulative net volume(AD line). He does
mention normalized or % volume, i.e. uvol/total vol etc.
To find articles on CV in back issues of TASC,
search on Mason and John Lawlor.
Here's the latest pic for those who mince words and
prefer visual. SP and NYA breadth look similar except the sp is close to
the pivot...on next post.
