Ernie,

Stay away, very far away.  I had a real bad
experience with these folks.
Terms like rip off, scam and several others come to
mind.
If you do go ahead with them let "buyer beware" be
your motto.

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about this National Trading
  Institute.
A man named David Wolfe has been calling me and trying to convince me to
sign up for what he claims is a Masters Degree in Trading for $5000.
I would appreciate any feed back on this outfit.
  Thanks
