Check with your ISP and make sure that all of your 
connection parameters are set correctly.  These parameters infrequently do 
get corrupted and have to be reset.

  Apologies for this post but my IE seems to of 
  lost the ability to recognize that I am connected to the net. I am able to use 
  my nEtscape, and my Instant Messenger Services also work so the net connection 
  is fine. How do I fix this....whenever I open IE I get that message where it 
  says the page can not be found.
