While I am certain this is well intentioned, opening any exe attached to an
email is playing virus roulette because you never know which attachment may
turn out to be an virus propagated through the address book on an infected
computer. Best to follow a link and download exe's directly from reputable
sites.

I also get this message about 50% of the time if viewing messages at yahoo
site (versus email delivery which it dosent affect).
Its a pain & started out of the blue possy around Sec as you say
