Hi Lee,
Just click "Start", "Programs", "Accessories"
"System Tools", "Disk Cleanup". This will search your drive for files that
are safe to remove.
After you've done that you should remove any old
programs by clicking "My Computer", "Control Panel", "Remove Programs".
Also remove any old files from "My Documents".
Then go back to "System Tools" and run disk
defragmenter.

files
I know this is a little off subject but we as traders must
all clean ourfiles once in a while.I need to cleanup my hard
drive. I run norton once a week but I was toldrecently that I need to
delete some temp files once in a while. BUT WHATFILES.Does anyone
know which files and or dir do I need to clean or delete tomaintain my
machines and increase internet page load times and make room onmy drive.
Also how often should I do this.Thks in advance.....To
