FWIW, at one time I worried about tracking fair value, however I no longer
do so. I now plot EPREM.X (QCharts symbol) and simply maintain 1 and 2
standard deviation channels across the last 100 periods or so. This gives me
two ranges based on relatively recent prices (premium deteriorates over
time), a normal range, and an extreme range.
