After taking a more detailed look at this, the outcome may favor Ira's view.
Looks like 15 minute diamond will be wrong as the cum(upticks - downticks)
ramped up throughout the formation. Is that how you would interpret it?
The adaptive stochastic looks to be going into uptrend mode. The adaptive
stochastic is good for trend indications as well as overbought/oversold.
