That 15 minute diamond pattern is close to expiring 
if symmetry is important, i.e would expire tomorrow.  Taking another view 
using the end of day NDX and 1/40th of the NDX, the center band of these STARC 
bands is 1250.43/40 = 31.25....where the qqq diamond downward projection 
is.  The DOW had a diamond most of the summer and finally fullfilled its 
downward projection on the 911 call.

  You could more simply break it down as an inverse head and 
  shoulders and say that it should break up.  Of course I am not a great
