are. In this case the bars are not of extreme height (as for Sep 11) so they
are probably less important. Generally one looks for either a change in
trend or an acceleration of an existing trend out of consolidation. The way
I use time work is to mark the time energy points and then watch for action
around those points ... sometimes it happens and sometimes it does not. It's
of use in being extra alert.
