[RT] S&P Chart with 10 yr. CAGR

Attached is another look at the same data.  This is the monthly S&P with an
indicator howing the CAGR realized (without taking into account dividends)
over the previous 10 years.  As you can see, the period from 1995-2000 was
quite a bit higher than the norm.
