I have searched my emails and the archives
and have yet
to find who the wonderful person that noted
that MCIT was
selling at a price that yielded about a 20%
dividend and
that this dividend was basically
"guaranteed".
Wish I had more folks like this.
Can't tell you how much
I appreciate the indication of a 'good
deal'. I screwed
around a couple of days waiting to make up
my mind so I
only got this stuff at $13.50 (that is
about 15% yield) and
now I got yield and a current price near
$16.00 and in this
market that ain't bad.
Thanks, whoever it was and since this is a
trading 'show'
I hope others look at such things and let
us know. I'm
too much of a technician to realize such
things but when
someone points such things out I
listen.
By the way, this is the only deal I have
made in the last
month.
