Sell Rosh Hashanah(9/18) Buy Yom Kippur(9/27) is 
the ancient cliche
WallStreetConjunct Lows 9/25 - 26 and highs 
9/27 - 28
Saturn goes retrograde 9/26, its been direct since 
Jan highs
Mercury goes retrograde 10/01 price anticipates and 
speeds up
Moon conjunct Mars 9/24
Sun square N.T.Node 9/24
Virtually all P/C ratios, $weighted ratios, breadth 
relationships are maxed out bearishly and beginng to reverse.

End of month money flows normally positive, but 
much IRA switching can only occur on the 1st so it remains to be seen if there 
will be a mass exodus or sucker ralley.  If mutual funds have to continue 
to raise cash for redemptions and redemptions have been occurring then the bet 
is for a muted sucker rally at best that is sold into.  The Sept/October 
pattern is for a double bottom, other shoe still has to drop for 
October.
