Ira,
In the simplest of terms, I note that after weeks of every rally
being smaller than the last, we are starting to see some getting
larger. I don't think we're quite there, but I am beginning to think
about buy opportunities for the first time in quite a while. Still
like 890s on SPX and mid 7000s on Dow.
