Change the rules? Yes. Let's set up a parallel Judicial system based on
Islamic Law to net out justice and punishment for Islamic terrorists...swift
and permanent with no repeat offenders. Short of that the US should examine
its terrorist laws and punishment to include public humiliation followed by
beheading on the sidewalks of the new WTC.
