Monday was unique in that the Exchange Composite $C/($C+$P) ran at the
contrary bullish level the entire day. That is the normalized dollar ratio
for the AMEX +CBOE+PHLX+PSE. Usually it will make a dip below 0.25 at the
beginning or end of the day as trading volume changes, but to see it run
below 0.3 and near the extremely bullish 0.25 has to be significant.
