FWIW here is a shot of the weekly DJIA with the Win Midas support lines
originating at the end of the consolidations in 1994, 1996 and 1998. So far
in 2001 the DJIA has failed support at the 1998 line and began testing the
1996 line last week at 9650. In March 2001 it worked the 1996 line for 3
weeks. Will it work the line again or fall through to the next one? The
support lines usually cause a bit of pause for days to a few weeks. The
1994 support line at 9097 is next if the 1996 line fails. The weighted
weekly momentum last week reached levels seen in the early 1990's but has
yet to reach levels experienced in the late 90's. Which then weights the
argument for the 9000 area test over the next 3 to 4 weeks.
