Earl,
So true a year ago I never dreamed I would get the price i got. I am glad
they own it and not me, with the 44 safely in my pocket.

And to think thios whole home equity thing started with the elimination of
sales tax as an itemized deduction in 1986 I believe. Who would have thought
it would have put so many potentially in harms way.

My guess is not only was the money spent on personal consumption but also
personal investment in the markets, shudder to think?
