I've read their information, and it is difficult to tell.  They require a 
minimum of $25k be maintained in your account, in accordance with revised 
Regulation T, and the way I read it, will allow you to trade up to 4 times 
your account if a day trader (25% margin rate).  Am calling them soon, and 
will clerify if it is different from this, but this is what I got from what 
they sent me.

I think everyone will have to adhere to the $25k amount.
