My primary ISP has local router problem but rest of backbone nodes are
looking clean, however PingPlotter on my backup ISP was showing all kinds of
packet loss out on the main backbone. My primary connects to backbone via
Albuquerque while backup connects via Dallas. I am reading reports of denial
of service attacks causing problems all over net so would expect backbone
issues.
