I can't vouch for its accuracy or completeness (not being a cash-bond
trader) but the CQG website contains a list of the cash bonds it provides
prices for. Go to Customer Support, Symbols and Exchanges.
Eventually you are offered a set of fields to search on. Search on SIC-USC
or perhaps GOVPX and you will get a list of cash bonds with coupon, maturity
and a number which could well be the CUSIP.
Not exactly what you're after but perhaps a useful cross-check or starting
point.

Does anyone know of a site which has current info for outstanding treasury
bonds which includes CUSIP along with information needed to determine if the
bond is callable i.e. bond issue date and maturity dates. What would be
really great is a complete table including current price and yield where
yield is calculated to maturity if price is par or below or bond is not
callable and yield is calculated to earliest call date if selling at a
premium. Daily price and yield updates would be adequate.
