Tim,
It is an integral part of Ensign Windows charting software. It has something
to do with Gann squares, I think, or Pythagoras maybe, and that is all I
don't know about it. You can download the software for free, the help files
are free if you want to read about it, and someone has a book for sale that
reveals the method of application.
That's all I know Tim. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
