I do not know what the current order collar is because the CME web pages no
longer deal specifically with this information. However I believe that it
corresponds to the trading limits and that would now be 5% (the 2.5% limit
was removed) with the last adjustment having set the emini at 55 handles. It
is my understanding that Globex will reject an order which specifies a price
outside of the limit i.e. with current price at 1200, a limit order to buy
at 1245 would be accepted while a limit order to buy at 1244 would be
rejected for being outside the limit.
