If you want to route to specific exchanges ... which seems to be a hot topic
lately for options arbs...
Preferred Trading, Interactive Brokers, SLK Redibook, Cybertrader and Schwab
via Active Investor.
Online spreads .. at this point Schwab only. More coming in September when
both the CBOE and ISE release their online spread functions.
Cheap .. Regal with free trading.
These are all non Full Service firms which I'm going to assume your question
was searching for.
For reference materials go to the CBOE website and download or request the
toolbox software package.
