I am of a similar opinion and watching the Nikkei and JY for that reason. If
you expect the Nikkei to rise and JY to rise vs US$ (DX), then a straight
purchase of US denominated Japan index funds would do the trick ... very
similar to a very nice long Vanguard Asia Pacific fund trade I posted here a
couple of years ago. I will probably go with the Japan iShares WEB (EWJ)
this time.
