I was thinking of a stochastic of the end point of a least squares 
line.  Say a 7 day or 20 day least trend line with the close as a 
percentage difference from the endpoint.  Still have a 0 - 100
oscillator, but is self adjusting.  I do not know how to do this in 
Metastock.
