Mr. Gann, if brought back to life and induced with truth serum, would tell
you that the mathematical increment for a semi-tone in music is 1.0594631.
So, you may want to see if 5.94631% works any better than just the rounded
5%. Be sharp = See

P.S. Sorry, I haven't run this statistically for the DJIA since Feb. 1885
when Charlie D. got inspired and my statistics department went on vacation
to Tahiti in 1975. If anyone is interested, I guess you will have to do your
own homework.
