I wish it were otherwise, but unfortunately its just like Neal says.
Sometimes just before a turn, the liquidity is good but at the turn its not
usually. If you have ever been to the pit, sometimes there is a a tiny spec
of silence before a market will turn. The last seller has sold sort of thing
I guess.
