Subject: PFG
I had a similar experience with PFG, they
essentially "lost" one of my trades made during the day. At that time i was
trading the e-mini s&p fairly actively during the day, sometimes as many as
15 round turns per day. At the end of the day I was flat the market and felt
everything was fine. The next day I came in to find I was in the money about 10
points on a position I knew I did not initiate. I called and they said I was in
fact in that position although I knew I was not. Since it was in the money I
closed it and was not terribly upset, my first mistake. I again left at the end
of the day flat. When I came in the next day I found out i was short although I
called them several times during the day. This time the market gapped up a ton
and we were out of the money about 20 points. I work for a small firm and my
boss told me to keep it, it will come back. We eventually lost over 40 points
which was admittedly our mistake because we did not cover down 20, but PFG did
put us in a position we were never in. Because the quality of the fills is so
bad I generally call them about 10 times a day and every time they said I was
flat, until the next morning. When you talk to them on the phone they say "not
held" meaning they are not liable if they are wrong. They said I should of known
I was not flat which I guess, is partly true, they say i should of faught them
to take away the winning trade they swore I had.
The most amazing part about this is that yesterday
my company just started to trade E minis again and opened an account
with..............PFG.

Subject: [RT] Situation with PFG, Inc. -
your opinion, please?
Guys, I need your advice on the situation I had today with
RFG.I went into the trade right after data released today. Position
has been in the profit for 3 minutes. I took the profit and reversed the
position and made a few pips in the opposite direction, being just in
the market 30 sec.Result 108 pips profit in $/chf that I made on PFG
forex online platform. In twenty minutes I've got the phone call
from chief dealer of forex desk who tried to explain that they have been
busy and I caught the wrong price and so on.. and they have to review the
trades. Short after this phone call I've got the massage that the trades
were executed in error and will not be included in account. After
that I made one more fast trade and I've got the call again, that I trade
to fast and they do not want costumers who made so short term
trades. This is not my first year in the market, but this is the first
timesomething like this happen to me. I am not looking to argue with them
about the profit I made I just want your opinion on the
situation.P.S. Of course I requested to closed my account
withPFG.To
