first i think that the question is and the reasoning behind it is
wrong. you want to know how to do something that you have made up in
your mind - should be obtainable and profitable. to force fit your
wants and desires upon a market is to close your mind to what it has
to offer. you have focused upon the trend, why? did some research
project reveal that concentrating upon the early trend was the most
profitable focus point? or did you assume that the trend would make
you the most money because it is the most impressive looking thing on
a chart? charting itself has done more keep people from discovering
the true underlying structure of the markets. numbers are a better
judge of what is profitable than the human eye, which tends to focus
upon the incredible infrequent anomaly know as the trend.

i will give you what you wish even though my obvious up side is just
more ridicule. there maybe someone who can use it to make the
transition to full time trading and will actually appreciate it.
