[RT] Andrews tool with a DGL facility attached

Good afternoon, folks!

Thanks to the suggestions of Bobr and the coding of Clyde Lee, there is a 
new trading utility available on my website. This one combines an andrews 
pitchfork drawing utility with DGL capabilities. It's free and it's there 
under the trading utilities section.

I hope you find it interesting and I thank both Bob and Clyde for the ideas 
and the work!
