Hurt me? You hurt yourself. On this list you better be careful what you
say because someone will call you on it.
If we have a true Gann expert here it is probably Norman. He's got about
20 years of study on Gann that I don't. I've only got about 5. In my
opinion his view of Gann discounts the geometry to a large degree in
favor of Astrology. I see it just the other way around. The geometry is
king and the Astrology is secondary. Neither of us will change our
minds, but maybe in 20 years who knows. If you see something beautiful
and you want to tell everyone, your opinion will be welcomed. If you're
tough enough you can even butt heads with the best of em.

angles-the vertical, the horizontal, and the diagonal, which we use for
measuring time and price movements.

Answer: the bitt, which is a small coin with a unit of value equal to
1/8 of a dollar <two bits, four bits, etc.>. In the early days of the
markets bits were commonly used and the bidding often moved between
these values.
Commodities do something longer, what is it. Commodities normally remain
at lower levels for much longer periods than do stocks.
What is a Time Trend Turn? It is a change of trend after a long advance
after which there is a swing dwon that may last from 1 to 3 days or more
followed by a swing up making a lower top then a decline that breaks
below the low levels. The important part to Gann is that it it is set up
in a certain number of days which makes for a trend change.
