I've put up a small web page explaining a little bit about P&F charts along with some outside links. The URL is http://66.1.158.202/ndxpnf.html Its hosted on my machine , Pentium III 450 MHZ, 192MB Ram, Linux Red Hat 6.2 with 2.2.18 kernel, Apachi Web Server. Its connected via Sprint Broadband Fixed Wireless with download speed in upwards of 2Mbps, but pathetic upload speeds (faster for me to send you the page by snail mail). So, please be patient when you try to connect to the web site.
