You may not intentionally use attachments, but your message actually

message has a text-only part/attachment, an HTML attachment (MUCH
bigger than the text-only part) :-), and two graphics attachments.
The graphics are advertisements (Yech!). They might be placed there to
track readers of the message, reporting back who gets it and when they
read it. I would guess that you did not place them there. :-) We have
M$ to thank for this intrusive 'feature'.
Some email clients do not respond well to the M$ way of doing things.
I suspect this may be deliberate on the part of M$. :-)
